Empowering displaced families through education and connection since 2018.
Our journey began in a displaced persons community in the Kurdistan Region of Northern Iraq. Rather than coming in with a pre-set agenda, we asked the families what they needed most. Their answer was clear: English language skills to unlock future job opportunities.
From Small Beginnings to Lasting Impact
What started with our founders, Sharo and Lex, teaching English through simple singing games has blossomed into a thriving community hub. Since 2018, we have been encouraged by its steady, organic growth—transforming from a grassroots initiative into a vital center of learning and support.
Today, the center stands as a testament to what happens when we listen to the community and work alongside them to build a brighter future.

We believe that children living in displaced communities—who often receive the lowest standards of healthcare and education—deserve the very best. At our centre, they don’t just find a safe haven; they find a place to thrive, be loved, and receive world-class teaching and coaching.
A Curriculum That Opens Doors
Today, the centre is led by an outstanding team of local staff. We have developed a comprehensive English curriculum that takes students from their very first words to full conversational fluency.
Our current goal is to transition our older students toward internationally recognized English qualifications, providing them with a powerful “key” to future employment and global opportunities.
More Than Just a Game: Leadership & Sport
Through our professional sports program, many children are experiencing organized play for the first time. Beyond the physical benefits, these sessions are a training ground for life, helping children develop:
